Our Datacenter provider had network issues of the following:
A Windstream network event affecting MPLS/Internet customers was identified. Windstream technicians have been dispatched to Springfield and St. Louis to resolve an issue with a failed link. Windstream Hosted Solutions Network Engineers were engaged and are working to turn off BGP peering with Windstream at in McLean, Conshohocken, and Bethlehem Data Center locations. Windstream reported that the root issue has been resolved and that services are returning to normal. We have verified with multiple customers that their services have been restored at this time.

Resolution: Time outage less than time needed to switch data centers; therefore, waited for Windstream to correct network issues and were back up and running within 30 mins.
