DM Cloud and Pro Cloud have New Features!
We are introducing new features for DM Cloud and Pro Cloud. The features are automatically added to your software at no charge. Inspired by designer feedback, these new features are designed to save you time and make your life easier.
Do you prefer to use Excel or a mobile time app to keep track of your time? Well, now you can easily import a file into Design Manager to create your time entries; whether for billing your client or for keeping an employee time record. With Design Manager’s new Time Import window, you can import time from Excel spreadsheets, time tracking apps, or from your favorite calendar app like Outlook or Google.
Excel Time Sheet
Quickly email your employees an Excel Time Sheet. You can use the Time Sheet that is included, or create your own. The Excel Time Sheet includes the Project, Date, Time, Hours, Activity, and more. This feature is great for companies who previously needed their employees to log in to enter their time. Now all they have to do is fill out a time sheet each week and one person can manage the import.
Track Your Time On The Go
Ever feel like you don’t have a good handle on time – when you ought to be tracking employee hours or your own billable hours for clients? Now, use your smart phone or tablet and any of the top-rated time apps, like Hours Keeper, to keep track of your time on the go. Enter the project, start and end time, hourly rate, and comments to track your activity. Next, email yourself a CSV file from a specific time period or a specific project and import this file into Design Manager.
